Mark your calendars, folks! Our friends at the 1881 Courthouse Museum are hosting Paul Horsted's book release party on September 1. South Dakota Yesterday & Today is a historical and photographic masterpiece ... don't miss the opportunity to chat with Paul and get your signed copy!

Tuesday, September 1, from 5:00pm–7:00 pm on the lawn of the 1881 Courthouse Museum in downtown Custer for the first book signing of Paul Horsted’s new book, South Dakota Yesterday & Today.

The evening will begin with a short introductory talk by Paul, followed by an opportunity to visit with him, learn more about his new book, and have your copy signed.

Refreshments, including wine, water and savory/sweet finger foods.
Free drawing for door prizes - including Paul's book!

This special event is being held in cooperation with South Dakota Outdoor Shop, who will have live music and additional refreshments to enjoy throughout the evening. Come spend a summer evening on the courthouse lawn celebrating South
Dakota’s history, photography, and stories with fellow history lovers.
