Congratulations to Chloe Kimes as the Runner Up and Penelope Peterson as the 2015 Harvest Festival Queen! This was an outstandingly close call and both ladies are more than worthy of the title, with visions that support and compliment one another perfectly! These wonderful Young Ladies will without question, honorably represent Scottville in the coming year, and many years to follow. Both are proven leaders with the passion and drive to do what it takes to be part of the community and lead the way to prolong the legacy of small-town pride. We at IOS say, "Congratulations" to you both, and look forward to what the future not only has in store for you, but what you have in store for it!

There are four contestants in the Scottville Harvest Festival queen scholarship competition at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 at the Scottville Clown Band Shell.
