Now Hiring: Event Assistant for Weddings + Events - $25/Hour | NE Georgia

Hey y’all! I’m Justin, the lead DJ & Booking Cordnatior behind J&M Sound Design based in Cu***ng, GA. My business partner and I run our event biz together. - We’re looking for the right person to join us as an Event Assistant on a per-event basis for our weddings in North Georgia.

We work with fun, down-to-earth couples who want a wedding that truly reflects them - not just a cookie-cutter timeline. Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re known for jumping in wherever needed to keep things smooth, stress-free, and joy-filled. I’m looking for someone who gets that vibe and is excited to help make the day feel effortless for our couples.

You might be perfect if you’re:

-Detail-loving, calm under pressure, and flexible

-Big on hospitality - always thinking ahead to help guests, vendors, and the couple

-Great at problem-solving on the fly and keeping things organized behind the scenes

-Cool with long days, comfy shoes, and making it all look effortless

-Willing to set up and tear down decor, help manage the timeline, and jump in wherever needed

Pay: $25 per hour + meals provided

Location: Based in Northeast Georgia

Schedule: Per-event basis, mostly weekends

What an absolutely amazing event tonight at 12Stone Church . It was “A Night To Shine” sponsored by the Tim Tebow foundation. About 400 special-needs kids having the time of their lives. We are so blessed to be part of this absolutely amazing event.
In 14 years, this is one of the most heartwarming events that we have worked as of yet. Thank you 12Stone for this opportunity ❤️
