For those following the story of the nearly 101 year old Veteran that wanted to make it to the 4th of July Spectacular for the 51st time......here is the Thank You card that was sent to Krista and the Fireworks Committee. I am tagging all that I know were involved in assisting to make this happen, so please share to make sure they see it if you know them.

The Cumberland Community is amazing and it was proven again this past weekend. We had the special honor to create a VIP experience for 101 year old Sargent Albert Rose. This gentleman has not missed the Cumberland fireworks show in 51 years. His family members put out an ask to the Cumberland community to figure out a way to get Albert to the show. They have spent decades parking honor near the bridge and we all know that was not going to happen this year. Thank you to the Erickson family for welcoming them to park in their driveway where they had a wonderful vantage point to view the show.

If you see any members of the "Boom Squad", be sure to thank them for all of the work they do. They already spent hours getting everything set up last night, only to have to pack it all up and rush it to a shed to keep it dry and now to do it all over again.
