Last Sunday was all about "...and the winner is?" But THIS Sunday is about winning over the hard sh*t 😭 — and making it funny. 🤣

I've been sitting with something lately. This year has already brought Sundance, Marvel, Pan African Film Festival. And also — the honest, unglamorous truth that visible success and daily hustle live in the same body at the same time.

That tension is exactly why I built Pain Into Punchlines. It's a workshop about taking the heavy stuff — grief, frustration, uncertainty, the absurdity of just trying to survive right now — and turning it into story, comedy, and connection.
