We are so proud of Paul's latest producer endeavor, Hacksaw Ridge,out in theaters this weekend in the US and Australia!!

Here is Paul's message to us:

"Hi All

I don’t normally do any form of promotional emails but there is a movie I have been involved in as one of the producers of the film called Hacksaw Ridge, that I think is very special.

Below is the one sheet of the film and also the trailer as well as the Rotten Tomatoes site, that lets you see how much both critics and audiences are impressed with the film.

The film is directed by Mel Gibson in his first film since Apocalypto and he has done a stunning job and is produced by Bill Mechanic, whom is a person I have now had the pleasure of doing three films with. It stars Andrew Garfield, Vince Vaughn, Sam Worthington, Teresa Palmer and Hugo Weaving. The film is released this weekend in both Australia and the US and I would recommend anyone who likes a very special hero tale to go and see it. It is extremely powerful, yet very beautiful and particularly memorable given all that is going on in this world.

Fantastic article about Mark Duplass's urging creatives to make their own projects with the point that they don't need to be shot on the best camera or made for thousands of dollars!

"We had a feature film at Sundance this year that was shot entirely on iPhones and it did really well.”
"... the brothers decided to take a lo-fi approach with their next film, The New Brad, which was shot on their parents’ dysfunctional video camera, cost $3 and ended up at SXSW and Sundance."
