Exciting new activity happening during this year's Farm Tour!
The Carver Food Enterprise Center will hold a local food challenge on Sunday, September 20 from 12:30-2:30.
Come watch local cooks put their creativity to the test during the inaugural Carver Local Food Challenge! Inspired by the 4-H Food Challenge, teams will receive a surprise local “Star Ingredient” and have just 40 minutes to create an original dish using locally produced foods.
Cheer on the teams as they cook, collaborate, and race against the clock before presenting their creations to a panel of local judges.

The teams are set, the local ingredients are ready, and we officially have SIX teams competing in our inaugural Carver Local Food Challenge this Sunday!
From 12:30–2 PM, teams of amateur cooks will put their creativity to the test, using our lineup of star ingredients (locally grown, produced, and made foods) to create something spectacular! 🍎🥕🌾
Come cheer on the teams, watch the dishes take shape, and see just how creative our community can get with local food. Who knows what they’ll cook up?!

🚪 Coming to watch? Please enter through the front/main entrance of the Carver Center, NOT the Carver Food Enterprise Center kitchen entrance. We’ll have signs directing you to the 4-H Room.
