We have a limited amount, each release will have

We are enforcing the one drop per weekend release rule with this release. So if you get something on Friday, you won’t be served for these products for the rest of the weekend. Please respect this policy and don’t make us call you out in the store for showing up to get product at another drop. It will be embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone.

Pokémon DELTA REIGN PRE ORDERS AND EARLY RELEASE WEEKEND UPDATE!

DELTA REIGN League ONLY Pre Orders 10/4.
DELTA REIGN RELEASE UPDATE

We will not be opening pre orders to the public for this set as we are going to be moving to a different system for public distrobution.

On release weekend we will have multiple windows for customers to come in and easily pick up product.

__Release Schedule __
Friday Morning 10/30
Saturday Morning & Evening 10/31
Sunday Morning (Kids Only) 11/1

We will have set product amounts for each drop.

We are trying something new with accounts! You will only be allowed to purchase product once on early release weekend. That means if you hit a drop and get an ETB or Booster Box you will be barred from participating in any other drops for the weekend. We are going to do our best to make sure everyone who wants product gets it, we want anyone who shows up and waits for opening drops in the morning to leave with something. This new policy will help everyone get something.

Questions
1. Will there be more product released after early release weekend?
A: Yes, we will release more etb's and bundles as we move into the release week that anyone is welcome to pick up and purchase when we drop them.
2. What if I can only get an ETB or Booster box during early release weekend? Can I come to other drops and get the item I didn't get?
A: No, we will only have a certain amount of booster boxes we are releasing to the public so when those run out, that's it. Once you get something during the early release weekend you're account wont be able to purchase any ETB's or Booster Boxes until we lift the restriction.
3. Can I come every day to get packs?
A: Yes, absolutely we will have our normal allotment of 2 per day.
4. When is the afternoon release on Saturday 10/31?
A: 5:30-6pm
5. Can we line up for product on 10/31 afternoon?
A: We will start honoring places in line at 5pm. You'll get a red ticket meaning you'll have the option to choose a product that we release. Most likely and ETB or Booster Bundle.
6. Do you know exactly how much you're getting?
A: Not typically until the week or two before.
7. How can I help the store during this early release weekend?
A: Be patient, kind and understanding. Don't try and show up to multiple drops, and honor the system as it will benefit everyone and not cause FOMO.

I hope that answers the most common questions, we are implementing this to try it out. We want everyone to get to open during early release.
