It is such a joy to observe how much our ballet class levels 6 & 7 have improved just since August!
Even our teachers join them for that extra workout.

Last week was the first pointe’ class with these young ladies 🩰
Our dancers typically get their first pointe’ shoes after being tested at the end of the previous season
when they have completed ballet class level four.
The CBT School pre-pointe ballet class levels 3 & 4 are the class levels that start that process of
preparation for the pointe’ test.
Dancing on pointe’ is serious business……
And we are very serious about who goes on pointe or needs to wait.
In our 54 years of training girls to dance on pointe’ we have never used pre-pointe shoes.
Really from day one of a young ballet students life the pre-pointe process begins since ballet is dancing on your toes.
Why not use pre- pointe shoes? Because they are not necessary. It is also a new invention.
If the child is taught properly the years prior to our ballet class levels five there
is no need for parents spending more money for a shoe that is just as expensive as the real pointe’ shoe and also not needed.
Dylan, Adela, Gloria and Lura worked real hard their first class and we love their enthusiasm 👏👏👏
