The weekend of August 25th and 26th I had the pleasure of attending the Cuba Saddle Club Back the Blue rodeo as well as the Miss Back The Blue Pageant. During my visit I got to carry flags in the grand entry, aid in the pageant, and crown the new royalty. Many memories were made, and lessons were definitely learned. (Lessons like making a packing list or you WILL forget your sash at home.🫣) Overall it was a weekend to remember! Last Sunday I made the trip out to Salina, Kansas to celebrate the crowning of the very first RCA Kansas Royalty. I know each of these girls will well represent the association and sport we all love most! Today many exciting things happened! I got to make my first appearance in my Ace Silversmith crown and buckle.🤩 I also got to teach about two of my favorite things, Jesus, and rodeo! Some awesome kids from Scott First Baptist Church, got to parade around in a pair of chinks, and also learn about some of the items cowboys/cowgirls use everyday.

This weekend I had the privilege of traveling to Kearney, Nebraska to compete in the Miss Nebraska Cowgirl’s mock pageant and clinic. I got to meet so many wonderful people including, RCA Nebraska Teen Miss -Dakota Glasshoff. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to put this pageant and clinic on! I will be looking forward to meet again!
