An online shop for custom paintings, illustrations, and embroidery. All work is made-to-order unless otherwise specified.

I started this Etsy shop in the summer of 2014 to give me the ability to do an awesome internship and also eat food (not an easy feat). I have always enjoyed making gifts for friends and family. Over the years, I've enjoyed using my shop to expand the network of people I get to make things for! The bulk of my work is custom-made, so shoot me a message if you like what you see, and we can collaborate on an original piece just for you!

A little throwback doodle (inspired by the beautiful art in Charlie Mackesy’s The Horse, the Mole, the Fox, and the Boy) in honor of my momma’s birthday!

I made this for her while sheltering-in-place at home over Mother’s Day— a holiday I haven’t been home for in years. I’m so grateful for my mom’s love, support, guidance, wisdom, and boundless adventurousness. This book was filled to the brim with lessons she taught me and my siblings, but this one most of all. Love you, mom! Here’s to another great year! 🥂🎆

Another Christmas gift drawing I was especially ecstatic to send off last week— a doodle of the precious and wonderful Andy and Maggie! I love their love and am so proud of them for the way they’ve weathered the storms this year has brought. Making this was a real treat, ‘cause damn I miss being in tech with y’all. ❤️

Izzie Murk is famous for her very realistic responses to opening gifts— (she tends to leave the histrionics to her older siblings)— but I can’t tell you the smile it put on my face to see her excitedly open this one and exclaim, “A Jane the Virgin Planner?!?”

We spent many months in quarantine cuddled up with this show. I hope having these characters with you can help ya through whatever awaits you in 2021, Bella. You’re ready for it all. 💜

This doodle was long overdue! When Charity asked me to create some wall art for her in celebration of her new move to NYC, I was a little stuck. I wasn’t drawing, wasn’t feeling creative.

But once I started this little guy, I was so excited to build something for her new space. The flowers are each state flowers of the places she’s lived (check out her YouTube channel for more analysis of these places!), and the pose she is in is “Dancer.” Firmly planted, and looking steadily into the future. Proud of you, Charity!

A Mollie Murk Handiwork holiday :

This was the first acrylic painting I made for my mom, as a Christmas gift in 2013. I was home from college for the holiday break, and i remember being viciously bored and a little lonesome while everyone else in the family was still in school. So, I spent every day while they were away working on this painting! Many more followed, but here are some I found around the house on display for Christmas.

I always love trips down memory lane, especially around the holidays. Thanks for indulging me, and much love to you and yours this holiday season! ❤️🎄
