RCLPC Theater While volunteers are essential to its success, actors and staff, forming the Right-Center-Left Players Co-op, are paid a portion of the ticket sales.

Right-Center-Left Production Company is a professionally-run, NFP theater based in Crystal Lake, IL, operated in cooperation with the Right-Center-Left Players Co-op. Created by Steve Connell in Oct. 2014 with the desire to provide professionally-produced theatrical entertainment (dinner theater) while raising funds for charities sponsored in part by the Ridgefield-Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church (RCLPC). All of the proceeds from the dinner goes to the group preparing the food to benefit the charity of their choice.
