Croydon Haunted Hollows

Croydon Haunted Hollows Our mission is to create an inclusive Halloween experience with sensory-friendly and wheelchair-accessible haunts. Follow your fears to Croydon Haunted Hollows!
(1)

We offer a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone, including families with sensory needs, ensuring Halloween fun for all abilities. Many years ago, with the feeling of Halloween deteriorating from our Croydon neighborhood, we vowed to bring back hundreds of trick or treaters and give them a free scary, family fun walk through that will have them shaking their heads in disbelief. Our fans said th

e secret of our success is due to our cutting edge effects, attention to detail and the fact that our audience feels like they are walking in a horror movie. Perhaps; however, we feel that our success is due to one simple philosophy: We love our community and we work all year long to give them the very best haunted yard experience of their lives! This Halloween, are you really willing to risk your life in exchange for a few pieces of candy? You’re bound to get chills just by walking by. If you hear blood curdling screams coming from the back, just ignore ‘em. Being buried alive is always a shockingly good time, despite what our neighbors say. It’s wicked safe to say, the terror behind our tombstones will continue, with MORE gore, MORE mayhem and MORE gruesome elements in the NEAR, but grim, future. Croydon Haunted Hollows is the first nonprofit haunted yard attraction to have a sensory friendly experience for families with autistic children. Then at night, we turn it up the scares for our community. We scare because we care!

Has anyone watched Maternal Instinct on Netflix yet?

I hate liars and manipulators, but Taylor Parker is on a whole different level of evil.

She faked a pregnancy, built an entire lie around it, and when that lie was about to come crashing down, a young mother and her unborn baby girl did not survive.

Reagan Simmons-Hancock was only 21. Her baby girl, Braxlynn Sage, never even got a chance.

Some cases stay with you forever… and this is definitely one of them.

Planted my herb garden and put out my new doormat on the same day…

Coincidence? Probably not.

The witchy herbs have arrived, the cauldron is ready, and honestly… if dinner tastes a little suspicious from here on out, mind your business. 🌿🖤🧙‍♀️

Don’t F**k With Cats… wow. Just wow.

I felt like I was watching the making of a serial killer.

I’m not even kidding when I say I had a really hard time getting through the first ten minutes. Warning: it involves harm to cats. You don’t really see it, but you hear it… and OMG. I almost turned it off right then and there.

But I kept watching.

And thank God for the internet sleuths who would not let this piece of sh%$ disappear into the internet. They followed every clue, every tiny detail, and helped lead to him finally going to prison where he belongs.

It’s disturbing. It’s frustrating. It’s hard to watch. But it also keeps you hooked until the very end.

Highly recommend if you can handle true crime that is very dark.

It’s on Netflix.

Who's seen Obsession? What did you think?
My thoughts are below... (Possible Spoilers)

Careful what you wish for!

I don’t think Bear is supposed to be looked at as just some creepy “nice guy” villain. I think that makes it too simple, and honestly, the movie feels way more complicated than that.

Nikki’s story is what really got me. She is absolutely the one carrying the weight of what happens, and you can feel that throughout the movie without them having to spell everything out. What made it even crazier was the way she tells that reading and mentions a willow. That stuck with me. It felt like one of those little details that means more than you realize at first. And then watching those little snap-backs where the real Nikki seems to fight to stay in her true form? So unsettling and heartbreaking at the same time.

That’s kind of the whole horror of it. Bear isn’t a monster in the obvious way. He’s weak. He’s insecure. He doesn’t know what to do with his own feelings. And because of that, he gets pulled deeper and deeper into something awful.

To me, Obsession isn’t saying Bear is innocent. It’s showing how someone who doesn’t think they’re capable of hurting anyone can still cause real harm. And honestly, that’s scarier than a clear-cut villain, because it feels more real.

It’s not defending him. It’s showing how messy, uncomfortable, and dangerous weakness can become when it goes unchecked.

POV: You bought your dog Co**seCo. dehydrated treats and now they’re eating better than half the horror movie villains I know.

Co**se Co. is unhinged in the best way — freeze-dried raw treats like chicken heads and trout heads, complete with all the creepy crunch your dog apparently signed up for.

Crunchy. Creepy. Apparently delicious.

“I’m fine,” she said… dramatically, suspiciously, and with absolutely no fine in sight.

🎃 THIS IS BIGGER THAN A YARD HAUNT 🎃

After years of building scares, memories, and community right here at our home… this will officially be the LAST year of Croydon Haunted Hollows in our yard.

And honestly? That’s both heartbreaking and exciting.

We’ve outgrown the space because the mission became so much bigger than we ever imagined.

What started as a neighborhood haunt turned into a movement of inclusion, community, and proving that Halloween should be for EVERYONE.

Through our Mellow Monsters Initiative, we want to help bring sensory-friendly haunted experiences to haunts across the entire country… but to continue growing, we need a new home and the right partnership.

We are actively looking to partner with a professional haunt near us that believes in both the scares AND the heart behind what we do.

What we bring to the table:
👻 40+ dedicated actors and crew
🎭 Years of haunt experience and storytelling
📱 A strong social media following and marketing support
💜 National recognition for sensory-friendly haunt innovation
🎃 A passionate team that truly cares about the community

If you own, operate, or know of a haunt looking to grow something truly meaningful together… message us.

Let’s build something unforgettable.
Not just bigger.
Better.
More inclusive.
More impactful.

Because Halloween should belong to everyone.
