Looking to add a new member to our team. Looking for someone available to start immediately working weekends from August to November. This would be a time of training and learning the business. There would be some opportunity in the winter months, but not consistent. Busy season starts in May and it would be a full-time position during the summer months. Looking for someone that is at least 17 years old, has a valid drivers license, customer service oriented with a fun personality, someone that takes initiative, sees that something needs done and just does it. Starting pay for training is $15-18 per hour. Pay would move up to $20 per hour once training is complete and you are able to work on your own.

Today is a very sad day for us, Colten is leaving us to start his life at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. I can not put into words the sadness that I am feeling. Being a business owner is tough, finding "good" staff is SOO tough. So when you find someone that becomes like family, someone you trust completely, someone that you trust to work alongside your own kids day in and day out, that's priceless. We have been so blessed with amazing employees and a team of young people that come and stay for years (see his first picture for proof). I just love the culture that has been created here and that its more than a "JOB". We wish Colten the absolute best on this next phase of life, thankful he will forever be a part of our lives, even if he isn't my "lead guy". Also, WE ARE HIRING!!!!!!
