That’s a wrap on the 2026 Lake County Fair!
This fair has been one for the record books! Despite the weather, it was an incredible week of agriculture, entertainment, traditions, food, family, and fun. An event of this size does not happen without countless people working behind the scenes, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s fair possible.

Thank you to our 4-H families, exhibitors, leaders, and volunteers for the time, dedication, hard work, and heart you bring to the fair each year. You are an important part of what makes this tradition so special.
Thank you to our Fair Board members and superintendents, who spend countless hours throughout the year planning, preparing, problem-solving, and working to ensure everything is ready when the gates open, plus overcoming so many challenges during the fair. Your commitment often begins long before fair week and continues well after the final guest leaves.
We also want to thank our vendors, performers, employees, volunteers, community partners, and every guest who joined us. Whether you came for the animals, rides, concerts, competitions, exhibits, fair food, or simply to spend time with family and friends, we hope you made memories that will last long after the fairgrounds have emptied.
While the 2026 fair may be over, our work has already beginning for next year, and it is going to be a historic one.
In 2027, the Lake County Fair will celebrate its 175th anniversary!
We cannot wait to honor 175 years of memories, traditions, agriculture, community, and fair fun with all of you. Thank you for another unforgettable year.
