The countdown is over!! Our team is headed up to Clyde, Ohio to perform on the national stage!

So many late nights, long rehearsals, sore muscles, victories, setbacks, friendships, and unforgettable memories have all led to this week.

Dancers, as you all take the stage, remember that your worth isn’t measured by scores or placements. It’s measured by your dedication, your growth, your teamwork, and the heart you bring to every performance.

✨ It’s officially Nationals Week! ✨

This Wednesday, our team will pack up and head to Northern Ohio to take the national stage once again!

As we prepare for another incredible week, we can’t help but look back on our last Nationals experience in 2024—where we brought home trophies so large they had to be taken apart just to fit in our cars! 😆🏆

We're beyond excited to see our team perform this season's routines one final time and make more unforgettable memories together.

To kick off our week, we’d like to celebrate another one of our longtime dancers, Lydia!

Lydia recently took part in Granville High School’s production of Newsies. At the year end theatre awards, she was honored with the award for Best Actress in an Ensemble Role! 🎭✨

Of course we aren't surprised that she would get this special recognition! We get to see Lydia's talent in the studio on a regular basis, but it is so fun to see her get the opportunity to shine on a different stage!

Lydia’s talent, hard work, and dedication make her shine wherever she goes!

Please join us in congratulating Lydia on this well-deserved recognition. We are so proud of her and we're so grateful to have her as part of our IDT family!

What a fun week it has been at IDT! 🎪🤸‍♀️

Our Cartwheel Carnival camp was packed with smiles, games, crafts, snacks and of course LOTS of cartwheels! These dancers worked hard on their tumbling skills while making memories and having a blast!

We loved watching their confidence grow throughout the week and seeing all the excitement they brought to the studio each day. Thank you to all of our amazing campers for making this such a fun and energetic week!

Now that some of the end-of-season excitement has settled down, we wanted to take a moment to recognize a couple of our dancers and their incredible achievements outside of the studio.

First up is Miles!

Miles has been part of the IDT family for eight seasons, but when he’s not dancing, you’ll often find him pursuing another passion—drumming.

Miles recently completed his sophomore year at Centerburg High School and his fourth year performing with the high school marching band. After a rigorous months-long audition process, he earned a coveted spot in the percussion section of Cincinnati Tradition, a Drum Corps International (DCI) ensemble.

Often referred to as the “major leagues of marching arts,” DCI brings together elite musicians, choreography, and performance in a highly competitive national circuit that travels across the country.

We are incredibly proud of Miles for this outstanding accomplishment and can’t wait to see all he achieves in this exciting new chapter. Congratulations, Miles!

Summer dance camps are already well underway, and the fun is just getting started! ☀️💃

Our K-Pop Dance Camp has been a huge hit! These dancers have spent the week learning fun dance moves, making crafts (and new friends 🥰), and having an absolute blast along the way.

What an incredible recital weekend! 💛🖤✨

Our hearts are so full as we reflect on all that was accomplished this season. We are beyond proud of every dancer who stepped onto that stage. The growth, confidence, dedication, and joy we witnessed throughout the year was truly inspiring.

A huge thank you goes out to our amazing instructors for the countless hours they pour into these students, and to our dance parents for all the encouragement, support, and sacrifices that make it all possible. We could not do this without you.

This recital was especially emotional as we celebrated the final recital of our senior dancer, Lilybell. Watching her take the stage one last time was both beautiful and bittersweet, and we are so grateful to have been part of her dance journey.

Most of all, we're thankful for this incredible dance family. There is something so special about watching dancers of all ages come together, cheer each other on, celebrate each other's successes, and light up the stage. The love, encouragement, and support shown throughout the weekend was a beautiful reminder of what makes our studio so special.

Thank you for an unforgettable recital weekend and 18th season. We are already looking forward to what's next! 💐🩰💕
