Not a tattoo, but still part of learning and growing as an artist 🌻

This was my first real attempt at colored pencils. I used a basic 12-pack of Prismacolors, lightly freehanded the outline in graphite, erased it back, then built everything with color—no reference picture, just figuring it out as I went.

Honestly, I’m kind of shocked at how well she turned out 😂

One of my favorite couples came to see me again 🖤

I’ll never understand the hate matching tattoos get. In that moment, they mean everything to the people getting them. They’re choosing to permanently mark a time in their lives when they loved each other enough to say, this means something to me.

Maybe they stay together forever, maybe they don’t. Maybe one day the tattoo gets covered or partially erased — I sure as hell have one of those 😂 But that doesn’t erase what that person or that chapter of your life meant to you at the time.

Anyway, I’ll always be a sucker for matching tattoos. 🖤

I put together some $50 commemorative flash for Dolly Parton & Tim Curry as my own little way of celebrating the art, characters, music, and memories they left behind.

These aren’t about making money — $50 is just to cover my setup cost. I just wanted to give anyone who loved them a chance to carry a little tribute with them. 🖤

I’ve been pushing myself outside of my comfort zone lately, and this Medusa was definitely part of that. I wanted her feminine, powerful, and just a little deadly.
