Did you know: 1️⃣ **“Quilt” means a stuffed sack!** The word comes from the Latin *culcita*, meaning a stuffed mattress or cushion.
2️⃣ **Knights wore quilts!** Quilted garments were worn under armor to provide cushioning and protect their skin.
3️⃣ **Quilters have quirks!** Naming our sewing machines, carrying emergency snips, and even sewing with one shoe on… apparently, we’re not alone! 😂
