Three Pines Studio and Gallery Three Pines Studio studio and gallery features the creative work of Northern Michigan artists. We host workshops for children, adults, and professionals.

Three Pines Studio is a working artist's studio and sales gallery in the arts and crafts tradition. Our modern facility features two 400 square foot working studios that provide artists of all ages the necessary equipment and materials to create in both the clay and fiber mediums. The Three Pines Gallery features the creative work of northern Michigan artists exclusively. Featuring paintings, fibe

r, linens, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, blown glass, fairies, and wood. We also host shows throughout the year.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of pioneering Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, who passed away at the age of 97.

Kusama transformed the world of contemporary art with her unforgettable polka dots, vibrant paintings, giant pumpkin sculptures, and immersive Infinity Mirror Rooms. Even in her final days, she continued to paint and create—leaving behind a legacy that truly knows no boundaries.

At Three Pines Studio, we feel especially honored for the connection we have shared through our summer workshops inspired by and celebrating her extraordinary work. Her art invited us to see repetition as possibility, dots as universes, and creativity as something that can stretch far beyond ourselves.

The world has lost Kusama, but her vision lives on.

Her dots go to infinity.
And so does her legacy. ♾️🔴🟡🟣
