Ok ...so here is one that will make you pull your hair out.
Working on my Grand Slam and the 100 pt relay once activated will not release... so along with the relay coil the 100 pt score reel and the 100 point chime coil are also activated.... disconnected the chime coil lead to prevent it from burning up... checked for a stuck switch on the PF all working properly ...checked the EOS switch on the score reel and found the problem... the switch contact was loose so it was never opening... replaced switch and all good now.
This proves again that if you look close enough on an EM game you can usually see the problem.
