We wanted to provide an update following the fire incident on May 3rd. While the incident resulted in more extensive damage than initially anticipated, our team has been working closely with contractors and other professionals to carefully assess and repair everything properly. We are committed to addressing all damage thoroughly so that we can return safely and confidently. The safety and well-being of our patrons, sponsors, and employees remain our highest priority throughout this process. We are hopeful to reopen within the coming weeks with a refreshed and improved environment for everyone to enjoy.
For those who were present during the incident, we want you to know that we remain committed to making things right. Unfortunately, due to contamination of supplies caused by the incident, along with applicable rules and regulations, we are unable to resume or complete any remaining games from that evening.
At this time, we are unable to process or address reimbursement requests until our facility has reopened. Once we reopen, reimbursement can only be handled in person at our location. Guests who attended that evening are welcome to visit us regarding reimbursement. If you still have your receipt, please bring it with you. If not, we will work with you to verify your attendance and ensure you are appropriately taken care of.
We truly appreciate the patience, support, and kindness we have received from our community during this time.
