Meet Lulu, head of our welcoming committee. 🐷

Her duties: greeting guests, supervising the driveway, and quality-testing every puddle on the property.

This is what staying on a farm actually looks like. Not a themed hotel room — 25 acres, a barn full of horses, and animals with opinions.

Our vintage Airstream sits tucked beside the barn on 25 acres of Kentucky horse farm — sleeping 5, with 3 beds, a full bath, and a half-mile walking trail right out the door. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a birthday celebration, or a weekend away.

You'll feel miles from it all, but you're only a short drive from downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, and the Bourbon Trail. We still have availability for both festival weekends this September — Louder Than Life (Sept. 17–20) and Bourbon & Beyond (Sept. 24–27).

As we march toward graduation in just a few short weeks, I can’t help but reflect on how proud I am of Kolton.

His recent signing with Transylvania is such an incredible milestone, but what makes me most proud isn’t just the accomplishment itself — it’s the young man he has become through all the hard work, discipline, perseverance, and character it took to get here.

Watching him stay committed to his goals, push through challenges, and continue showing up with humility and determination has been such a gift to witness. This next chapter is so well deserved.

Beyond the athlete, I’m most proud of the person he is becoming — kind, respectful, driven, and grounded. That matters most.

Kolton, your future is bright, and I know this is only the beginning. We are all cheering you on and so excited to watch what comes next.

Transylvania is getting a good one. ❤️
