Happy Saturday, friends! 💖 I’ve gained lots of new followers lately, so here’s a quick refresher on my policies! 🥰
📦 Shipping: $7 regardless of carrier! This often doesn’t cover the full label cost. Once your order is dropped off, it’s in the carrier’s hands, so please contact them with any shipping issues. 💖
💸 Payment: All orders must be paid upfront via Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Work and mockups begin once payment is received. 🥰
⏰ Turnaround: Quoted turnaround times assume payment is made that day. Waiting to pay is totally fine, but it will push back your completion date!
🏃🏻♀️ Rush Orders: Orders typically take 3–4 days, with a 2-day minimum. If you need it sooner, a $2 rush fee applies, and it may still take up to 24 hours.
🛻 Pickup: Please pick up orders within 45 days! If you are unable to pickup, $7 shipping or $5 delivery (Crestview only) is available. After 45 days, unclaimed items may be resold or disposed of.
💲 Refunds & Changes: All sales are final. I send photos before handoff so you can request changes. Please be reasonable, especially when your order matches what you requested. Additional fees may apply.
❤️🩹 Product Care: Handmade items aren’t indestructible, but with proper care, resin pieces can last for years! Breakage isn’t grounds for a refund. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier’s included shipping insurance. Free remakes aren’t available.
💖 A Little Reminder (not a policy!): I’m always happy to answer questions! I just ask that you read these policies and be mindful of my time. It can be a little discouraging when we discuss an entire order, pricing, and payment, only for the conversation to go silent. 🫠
