“I’m going to organize my craft room”…said no crafter ever!!!

It was a gloomy day and I was going to organize my craft room, with all honest intentions, after having attended a craft retreat about a month ago. Hahaha…who was I kidding? Instead I made a Tri-fold Mini Album with a cascading section. All it needs now are photos. I absolutely love the way it turned out. Took maybe about 3 and a 1/2 hours. It sure is a nice and relaxing way to spend a Monday while on Spring Break!

The organizing will take place sometime this week, maybe!? 🤔

I was so excited when Stampin’ Up! released their gorgeous new stamp set, Capturing Memories — and of course it features a beautiful camera design! You all know how that speaks straight to my heart.

The best part? It comes with coordinating dies for the sweetest little die cuts. ✂️📷 I already have ideas swirling! I can’t wait to create heartfelt thank you cards for my photography clients and design scrapbook pages to document the beautiful photographs and stories behind them.

There’s something so meaningful about blending both of my passions — capturing memories through the lens and then preserving them on paper. Photos deserve more than just living on a screen… they deserve to be held, displayed, and treasured.

I’m headed to a retreat this weekend, so you know this fabulous set is coming with me. I’m so excited to play, create, and see what comes to life at my craft table!

Fianlly got my IKEA unit moved into the craftroom/office this morning. It was a process and at times overwhelming, but all is organized. I have 3 empty bins. Still need another unit from storage that will go inside the closet and go through boxes that are in the garage. I feel I will be posting items for sale soon. Now the real task is to keep it this organized, ALWAYS, lol. 😂
And photography stuff on the side of the unit.

A craft space again! I’m organizing and setting it up little by little. Will add some wall decor (my professional photography photos). This is where i will also be doing my editing for my photography business. Some of what is organized already is what I usually take with me on craft retreats. Still have to bring in the bookshelf and some boxes from the garage and move my IKEA unit in here. I’m now catching up on 5 Paper Pumpkin boxes.
