EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! 💥 Ninja Night is 45 minutes of fun acrobatics combined with obstacle courses and parkour training. 🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ Students develop strength and agility while practicing skillful spins, rolls, jumps and kicks on the ground. ✨🤩

Spotlight Summer-Saults: A summer program that focuses on your tumbler!
💥Program strengthens: progressions, personal discipline, and goal-setting.
💥Tumblers target: individual skill readiness and personalized goals.
💥Students prepare: tumble passes for a live audience.
💥Exclusive Choreography: tumble passes tailored for each student.
💥Public demonstration: local student showcase and outdoor family fun.
We're joining Creston's Crush Cancer Event to provide our Summer-Saults and their families with a rewarding outdoor public performance scheduled for Saturday, August 1 at McKinley Park in Creston.

Tumblers of all ages and all levels are encouraged to participate.
• 4:30-5p Toddler | Handstands + Cartwheels
• 5-5:45p Beginner | Roundoffs + Backbends
• 5:45-6:45p Intermediate | Limbers + Walkovers
• 6:45-8p Advanced | Handsprings + Aerials

Tech & Flex offers training in ballet and jazz technique while focusing on flexibility this summer. 🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ Continue to excel by staying active and engaged with Spotlight friends. 💥👯 Students also develop retention strategies while practicing traditional across-the-floor exercises and short combinations. ✨🤩 Participation required for Crown 2027. 👑🏆

• Beginner (Grades K-3): Mondays in June & July | 5-6p
