Why does the label “organic” matter to us?
Did you know that the USA uses almost 100 different pesticides on their wheat crops?
Have you ever had the pleasure of reading a SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for a pesticide? Let me share some words from the glyphosate SDS.

“Causes serious eye damage”

“Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects”

“Avoid inhalation of dusts”

“Avoid substance contact”

“Cancer”

Even if one chooses to think that these things might not harm them as a consumer of a wheat product, why would one choose to support products that are toxic and obviously harm the environment?

Well not here! All our wheat products are always organic and we guarantee you and your body will know the difference!

Come enjoy your favorite latte or try our cold-brewed Darjeeling Iced Tea lightly sweetened with honey and lemon.

Maybe you want to snack on a Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Biscotti or a Cranberry Walnut Scone fresh outta the oven.
And don’t forget our infamous Biscuits and Gravy.

Local, organic, grass-fed or pasture raised ingredients.

Wowza what a weekend! Our first three days open were overwhelming in all the good ways. 😅

For those that stopped in to grab a latte, eat a bagel, or just check out the new building revamp: THANK YOU! We appreciate your patience and hope you had a great experience.

The Biscuit family thought they were ready for the community response only to realize that we had expected half as much as we got!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
