After a beautiful event yesterday, we are resting today and talking through all the final adjustments we need to make in our production flow.
it was wonderful to have our resident winemaker finally behind her bar doing tastings and sales!
Big shout out to Jody Gorman with Broken Willow Winery.

We had hoped to be open to the public by now, but a death in the family leaves us now planning a funeral. Please hang tight and we will see you soon!

Ya’ll we are in love with our new sign and we thank our very own Christopher Beckhorn for the hours upon hours of design work and coordination.
We thank our very own kids Gray Beckhorn and Haze Beckhorn for the measuring and muscle to get it up, and Kael Beckhorn for cutting and re-hanging the “Coming Soon” sign even though we didn’t want to put it back up.
I’m the push to get s**t done (and a little muscle along the way). I screamed in joy seeing this sign up!

We are working as fast as our little family can go, so please hang in there a little longer for grand opening!

Passed one of two FINAL inspections today. No problems.
One more to go and tonight we celebrate feeling a little bit closer to our goals.

After a very frustrating December not able to make progress on the coffeehouse, we finally got the construction finished and started cleaning up AGAIN.
My baking room will be fully back together and ready for test batches by the end of the weekend.
These are my two new sourdough started jars. Gluten free, and regular. Let’s get this coffeehouse going, FINALLY!!
