Our Story

In 2009 Tonya Mills began painting to music for a Hopewell Association Youth Rally held at Big Clear Creek Baptist Church in Rupert. This began a unique painting ministry and now we are branching out to make and teach fine arts, our business is The Inspirational Expressions and Design, LLC also known as IE Design.
