Mulligans Island LLC today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell Mulligans Island Golf & Entertainment, including the 64-acre property at 1000 New London Avenue and the operating business, to Golf Ranch, a growing network of technology-enabled driving ranges. The transaction is expected to close on Monday, September 21, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The facility's final day of operation under current ownership will be Sunday, September 20, 2026. Construction on the renovated facility is scheduled to begin the week of Monday, September 21, with a grand reopening planned for spring 2027.

What's Coming to Mulligans Island
Planned improvements include Trackman technology at every hitting bay, a three-bay indoor-outdoor golf performance center, an extension of the covered tee line with new Cover the Tees covered hitting bays, a shaded relaxation space behind every bay, expanded food and beverage offerings, and renovations to the mini golf, batting cages and short game practice area.
