🎄 Let the Nutcracker chaos begin! 🎄

We’ve been rehearsing for a month already, but somehow it all starts to feel real when the costumes come out of storage. 🩰✨

Level 3

Building strong ballet technique takes time, focus, and lots of repetition. These dancers are working on alignment, placement, turnout, strength, and ballet vocabulary - one class at a time.

Pre-Ballet Saturdays at ABA! 🩰✨

Our littlest dancers are working hard in both tap, acro and ballet- building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while having plenty of fun along the way.

We love watching these young dancers learn, grow, and discover how much they can do! 💗

Today our Level 2 dancers combined Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) with ballet vocabulary - building core strength, stability, control, and body awareness while also learning the language behind the movements.

Strong dancers aren’t just made at the barre. Understanding how the body works and why we do each step is such an important part of their training.
