The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association has announced plans to relocate its headquarters, along with the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy, from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne, Wyoming. City leaders say they made a strong push to keep the organization local, but the move is expected to begin in early 2029.
