Show starts at DUSK! That's typically around 7:30pm this time of year. Gates will open approximately 1 hour in advance of the 1st movie, so that should be around 6:30pm.

HOW MUCH IS THIS GONNA COST ME? Friday and Saturday admission is only $13 per night per person. Sunday admission is only $12 per person.. Or... you could consider joining us as a sponsor, in which case it will COST YOU MORE! See exciting details further below. Tickets will be available at the box office each evening of the event. Note that we have traditionally NOT sold tickets in advance. Every year we look into it and then realize we can't do it without hiring extra ticketing staff on show nights and the event has already grown tougher and tougher for us to manage as is. Stay tuned though. We blow with the wind. There is an additional fee for overnight parking/sleepovers. See further below for more info. on overnight parking/sleepover fees.

SO YOU WANT TO BE A SPONSOR? We don't really need any additional full "STAR SPONSORS" this year, but here's the info. in case you should want to be one next year...
--
Full STAR SPONSORS get to help us choose a film from a short list that we will provide. Fees for this are typically $150 per film, though the cost can go up, up & up depending on the film chosen. Additionally, in addition to themselves, STAR SPONSORS are allowed to bring in one guest free each night of the fest, and - if you can arrive before 5:15pm - we will let you in early to pick a space in any row except the 1st one (Sorry! All front row spaces, except maybe those on the extreme left or right side, are already called for by fest organizers and our "grandfathered" sponsors. That said, regardless of where you park, you're welcome to drag a chair up to the front row and hang with us as long as you not one of those who feel a need to talk throughout the movies. We're not monks, but we're here to watch AND LISTEN to the movies.
-----
Another level of sponsorship fans might be interested in is the FEATURED PLAYER SPONSOR. "Featured Players" pay $75, and while they don't get a say in the movies, they help us out by helping to cover costs like shipping, promotional efforts and renting a screen at the drive-in for the weekend. In exchange for this, FEATURED PLAYER SPONSORS get ONE free admission for UP TO TWO of the nights of the event (or TWO admissions for just one night). Plus, if they arrive before 5:15pm, they are allowed in early to pick a space in any row except the 1st one and the center spaces in the 2nd row (these are reserved for the event organizers, special guests, and any STAR SPONSORS who might prefer the 2nd row to the 1st).

WHERE THE HELL IS THIS PLACE? Hi-Way Drive-In
10699 State Route 9W
Coxsackie, NY 12051
(South of Albany, and North of Kingston, the HI-WAY DRIVE-IN is located 7 miles north of Catskill, between Exits 21 and 21B off of I-87.. aka the NY State Thruway)

WHO'S (ir)RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CRAZY EVENT? Started in 2011, this is a labor of love for Philip DuBois and Paul Kazee, with the increasing and always unwavering support of Darryl Rabideau. Additionally, none of this could have happened without the participation and support of all of our film suppliers (American Genre Film Archive aka AGFA, Troma Entertainment, and Universal Pictures), our financial supporters (Kyle Kolb, Liz Dawybida, Amy Lynch, Matthew Pirrone, Jim Reed, Sean Mitus, Shannon Grant, Dan Sayles, Ben Wilhelm and Scott Simmons), our poster artist (Tad Leger), our projectionist (Jared Gombert) and - of course - Roger and Sharon Babcock, the gracious owners of the Hi-Way Drive-In movie theatre!
-----------------------
OVERNIGHTS! Too cheap, tired and/or drunk to go to a hotel? The Hi-Way will offer tickets at the SNACK BAR for overnight parking/sleepovers on Friday and Saturday nights. Their fee for this is $10 per night, per vehicle (or per tent). Bring your own equipment and set up in the designated areas. Bathrooms will be available all night.

Or, if sleeping in your car or on the ground isn't your idea of fun, there's always...
Local area HOTELS/MOTELS
(though these tend to FILL UP QUICKLY, so you may want to BOOK EARLY!)
**NOTE: These first 2 are NORTH of the Drive-In in New
New Baltimore/Coxsackie. Holiday Inn Express
https://www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/west-coxsackie/wcoxn/hoteldetail
Best Western: New Baltimore Inn
https://www.bestwestern.com/
**NOTE: This next one appears to be the best of the closest motels to the SOUTH of the Drive-In (in Leeds, NY). There are also one or two rather tiny ones south of the drive-in on Rt 9W
Rip Van Winkle Motor Lodge
(it appears that they rent out tiny log cabins)
http://www.ripvanwinklemotorlodge.com
**
Of course, you could ignore the above and just "google" MOTEL and either COXSACKIE, GREENVILLE or CATSKILL.
**
Finally, IF EVERYTHING IS TOTALY BOOKED in the immediate area, you can look a bit further afield. ALBANY is about 30 minutes to the north. To the south - in order of proximity - there's HUDSON, SAUGERTIES and KINGSTON, the later being the largest of these towns, but also being a bit more than 30 minutes away.

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO IN THE AREA IF I DECIDE TO STAY THE FULL WEEKEND? Crossroads Brewing Company in Athens, NY
Some of the best beer in New York state is brewed just five miles from the drive-in. The Crossroads Brewing Company is an outstanding and reasonably priced pub featuring delicious, locally sourced food and on-site brewed beer that is so good, you will want to bring several growlers home with you to share with friends. They open Friday at 4:00, Saturday and Sunday at 1:00. Try their Outrage IPA or their amazing Black Rock Stout, and you'll see what I mean. http://www.crossroadsbrewingco.com/
Coxsackie Antique Mall
Very nearby and excellent destination for the budget collectibles buyer. http://www.coxsackie.com/
Hudson, NY
One of the more artsy, trendy downtowns in the area. Several antique stores. More upscale than Coxsackie. http://www.gotohudson.net/
Woodstock, NY
A mix of tie-die and granola cultures. You've probably heard of this place. A legendary concert was supposed to have been held here, but ended up being held a full 90 minutes away in Bethel, NY instead. Know your history, man! http://www.woodstockguide.com/
Troy, NY
Downtown Troy is a nice mix of gritty and hip. Record shops, dives, cheap eats, antiques and collectibles. http://www.visittroyny.com/
