October’s St. Tammany Parish Fair is going green, thanks to Keep Louisiana Beautiful!

Our Parish Fairgrounds have been awarded the 2026-2027 Greener Grounds Grant, providing plenty of places to throw away your trash without littering!

Through Keep Louisiana Beautiful 2026-27 Greener Grounds Grant Program (“Program”), DCRT awards grants to Louisiana parishes and municipalities that organize large-scale community special events, and to non-profit organizations that organize not-for-profit, large outdoor events including but not limited to festivals, concerts and parades. 🌿 Exciting news from the St. Tammany Parish Fairgrounds!

We are proud to announce that the Fairgrounds has been selected as a recipient of the Keep Louisiana Beautiful Greener Grounds Grant!

This grant will help us continue improving the Fairgrounds while creating a cleaner, greener, and more welcoming space for the many families, organizations, and visitors who gather here throughout the year.

We sincerely thank the State of Louisiana and Office of Lieutenant Governor. St. Tammany Parish is proud to partner with Keep Louisiana Beautiful. Thank you for investing in our Fairgrounds and our community. We can’t wait to put this opportunity to work—and share the improvements with you!

- Thursday, September 10th from 12pm to 8pm

Scammers are using a 2026 Covington Artisan Market & Festival to target potential vendors and attendees through fake vendor applications, fraudulent payment requests, and impersonated event pages.

Please do not send money or share personal information. If you receive suspicious messages or payment requests, report them and help spread the word to protect others from becoming victims.
