I lost an old friend, I just found out after thinking of him out of the blue… in fact it took me time to remember his last name…. Clawson…. I reached out to one of our old coworkers. He thought he might have passed due to cancer but wasn’t sure. I did a little research and found that wasn’t fact. I remember when we worked together he lost his house to a fire, him and his girlfriend at the time survived only to later have a child.

A few years later and his girlfriend passed away from a heart condition if I recall. Later on, Brian joined the Army, he was sent to the sand box and was 11b. At one time or two I sent a care package from home, mostly smoked salmon and other home grown foods.

We got in touch a few times once he was back. Unfortunately it faded until one time he asked about a flag, I quoted him and now in hindsight, I should have just made one for him.

Now I learned he has passed, PTSD and other factors caused a very early dismissal from this earth but has brought a valiant soldier to God.

I don’t know if this go fund me is still active, if it is I beg that any donation big or small goes through. I did not know he was later married and had other children. Please help.
