Four years ago today I left Covington to start the 50in50project. I packed up my van, and my grandma came along for the ride (yeah she's that cool). She not only supports this dream but was happy to get a little uncomfortable to join in. That year, I spent just over a month on the road, completing murals in Smithers, WV; Cheyenne, WY; Twin Falls, ID; Mt. Vernon, IA; Gardnerville, NV; and Markleeville, CA. Fast forward to right now 💗. My last location was Concordia, KS, this past February, bringing us to 41/50 🎉. I know many of you are patiently waiting for updates and are just as ready as I am to see all 50 complete. Believe me, I am doing everything I possibly can to find the 9 remaining towns. If there's anything this project has taught me, it's patience. I can't make the people I reach out to say yes... I just have HOPE that the right person will. I won't stop reaching out.... I've found 41 amazing strangers so far... how hard could the final 9 be? Thank you for following along and for all of your support over the last four years!
