This is a closed rehearsal open to KSID Teachers, performers and rehearsal volunteers only. Pre-School aged dancers are permitted to attend rehearsal accompanied by one guest or parent! Please note that the KSID Studio is closed on Wednesday, June 3rd. All dancers report to Stadium.

I will share your dancer's recital timeline again later this week, including their dressing room, costume lists and order, volunteer information, and Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

Thank you for being part of Team KSID and making our 20th Spring Recital magical.

And YES, our KSID + Bristol Studios are open for class this week. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled class times. Our current schedule of classes extends through June 30th- with the exception of the studio closed on Wednesday, June 3rd and Monday, June 8th. As these are planned closures, dancers were not charged for these classtimes and will not need to make up.

The Ceilidhe Club is the true home of KSID. A place where Meghan, Kathleen and Claire began Irish Dancing and supported us in becoming The Kelly School of Irish Dance.

Last month we had the absolute privilege to grace the historic Providence Performing Arts Center Loew's Theatre for the Wonders of the Wurlitzer: The Pipes Are Calling.

Kevin Doyle and the Roscommon Soles played for us our story.
Ar sceal.

They wove for us our tale.
Reminding us of who we are.
Reminding us from where we came.

Interwoven, fite fuaite in the steps and tunes and traditions that travelled across the Wild Atlantic and through time to meet and connect in Providence, Rhode Island.

Daryl Jamieson and the Eastern Medicine Singers connected us through their songs and dance, inspiring us with the traditions of their ancestral lands we now call home.

We were so very lucky to grace the stage together with the amazing musicians and performers Kevin gathered together. It is a performance we will not soon forget.

Thank you Providence Performing Arts Center for including us once again in your outreach initiatives and to Peter for calling us to the stage with your mighty pipes and that wonderful Wurlitzer. We look forward to hearing the Wurlitzer once again in 2028.

Until then, we keep dancing, and inspiring and learning from every stage we have the privilege to grace.
