Harling School of Irish Dance is built on a deep legacy of Irish dance legends and a standard of excellence that we carry forward every single day.

We’re a collaborative, diverse community where every child is welcomed with open arms and pushed to grow. Our dancers are driven. Our culture is strong. And our leadership brings a rare combination of competitive edge and genuine compassion.

We’re looking for someone who feels that.

If you have an Irish dance background, take initiative in the studio, and want to be part of something meaningful, we want to meet you. TCRG's welcome, not required.

Part-time | 1–2 nights per week starting at $18-22+ per hour based on experience

Shoutout today to our Girls U11 alternate - LANIE! This girl has been working so hard over the last year. She was positioned as the team alternate, and in the span of a few months she learned two different dances from 8 different ceili positions.... that's learning 16 routines! And Lanie can hop into any one of the spots and dance it seamlessly. Impressive.

Being the alternate is a tough thing. You have to show up to every practice and every feis/competition with the knowledge that you will likely not get on stage. That's so hard! But Lanie faced it with grace and grit. This girl cheered on her teammates every step of the way and worked so hard. We are so proud of you, Lanie!

Worlds RECAP:
🌍 🌎 🌏
This was Harling's very first trip to the World Championships, and our inaugural ceili teams performed amazingly!! We are so proud of these dancers and the countless hours of practice at the studio. They really shined on stage and showed the world their best.

On Monday our subminor ceili team (ages 8-11) was 1.5 Irish points shy of the recall, but they ended up 8th overall and made us all so proud.🥲

On Tuesday our minor ceili team (ages 11-13) MADE THE RECALL and got to perform a second dance!! They ended up 10th overall. In 👏 the 👏 world 👏

This was an amazing experience, and we are thrilled with their growth and progress over the last year. These dancers have a bright future, and we can't wait to see what they do next. ✨
