☀️The Kids’ Fishing Tourney is a brand new addition to Washunga Days… and we can’t wait to welcome your young anglers to the Neosho Riverwalk on Saturday, June 20th from 11:00am–2:00pm!

Here’s what families can expect when they arrive :

✅ Bring your own fishing rod and bait
✅ Check in at the registration table
✅ Visit the Activity & Learning Stations
✅ Kids 15 & under are welcome to participate
✅ Participants will fish along the Neosho Riverwalk in a fun, relaxed, and safe* environment
✅ After each catch, kids will record their fish before safely releasing it back into the water

🏆 Trophies, courtesy of Redbud Design LLC, will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!

Whether your child is an experienced fisherman or just wants to cast a line for the first time, this is a wonderful way to make memories during Washunga Days weekend.

We encourage families to bring lawn chairs, sunscreen, water, and plenty of excitement for an afternoon along the river! ☀️🎣

*Parents and guardians, please do not leave children unattended at the Riverwalk.
