Dynamyx Dance Company DYNAMYX is owned and directed by twin sisters Ayzia Barr and Alexa Barr.

With their hands-on approach, attention to detail and drive to make sure each dancer is constantly learning and improving from the very beginning, DYNAMYX is unique and special in its culture and environment. The focus at DYNAMYX is always on each dancer, their goals and to make sure everyone is learning, growing and most importantly, enjoying their time at the studio. Our culture is positive, friendly and safe where all dancers, no matter level or experience, always feels welcome and special.

Season 10 recitals are now complete and we want to thank all of our amazing dancers, families, and friends for all of the help, support, trust and love that you share with us. We are extremely grateful to get to do what we do and we consider ourselves very lucky to get to teach so many amazing dancers.

As we celebrate a decade of DYNAMYX we want to thank all of our dancers and families past and present for being a part of these past 10 years, you are the reason we are here. This past decade has been unforgettable and what once was a dream of ours so many years ago has now far exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. Whether you have been with us for all 10 years or joined along the way, you are the heart of the studio and we love every single one of you.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to all of our dancers and families for choosing DYNAMYX and thank you to all who attended our shows and supported these dancers. Another congratulations to our Dancers of The Year , “Heart Of Dance” Scholarship recipients and our 2025/2026 Seniors!

🎓✨It’s Recital Week which means it’s time to spotlight our 5 amazing seniors! These 5 dancers are not only amazing dancers, but equally amazing people. They are driven, determined, great leaders and we know they will do amazing things in this next chapter of their lives. While the studio will never feel quite the same without them, they will forever leave a lasting mark at DYNAMYX for many years to come.

Whether they have been with us only a couple of years or have been with us since the beginning of DYNAMYX 10 years ago, they each hold a very special place in our hearts and at our studio.

Seniors, we are so proud of you and all you have accomplished both on and off the stage and we can’t wait to cheer you on as you take this next step. Want to attend our 10th annual recitals? We have 3 amazing shows to attend at the Lewis Central PAC: Friday, June 5th at 6:30 pm, Saturday, June 6th at 10:00 am and Saturday, June 6th at 1:30 pm. All shows have different routines, come to see your favorite dancers! To purchase tickets, visit www.dynamyxdc.com/shop. To pick up your purchased tickets, visit DYNAMYX on June 1st from 5:00-7:00 pm. We hope to see you there! ✨
