Next week, Saturday the 20th, we’ll be at Harmonies for Hospice, a fundraising concert! There will be several harmonizing duos, a student Art show with donated pieces that will be offered for sale, raffles, and food for purchase from Frosty Hollow! We hope everybody can make it… and if not, you can pop onto the PC3 website (pococreates.com) and scroll down the ticket sales page to make a donation in whatever amount you would like! 😊

On their first camping trip of the summer, the Elk County Girl Scouts embarked on an adventure at Cherry Springs State Park. Among the many exciting experiences during this trip, they chose to spend a day at the Potter County Artisan Center, co-creating with master artisans and unlocking their inner artists. Students wove baskets with Cathy Snyder, sewed bags with Brenda Bonczar and Lilly Ingalls, painted gourds with Danette Wightman, and painted watercolor turtles with Laurie Angood. What a truly unforgettable day! We eagerly look forward to their next visit!

Tomorrow, the Potter County Artisan Center will host the Elk County Girl Scouts for an inspiring day of classes taught by our master artist: Sewing with Brenda Bonzcar, Basket Weaving with Cathy Snyder, Gourd Painting with Danette Wightman and Nature Rubbing Scavenger Hunt/Painting with Laurie Angood. We can’t wait!

Mark your calendars for a unique blend of music, art, and fabulous food, benefiting our local Hospice. On June 20th, Denton Go will host an evening of entertainment by 5 duos, gourmet food from Frosty Hollow, a Student Art Show, Raffles, and more. Presented by PC3, the Potter County Artisan Center and Various Potter County Volunteers.
