Celebrating AANHPI month while spotlighting the creatives and spaces that make our global community feel a little more connected 💖✨

This month, Sofar OC wanted to share Inspired Art Wine and the incredibly talented Vietnamese founder Karen Nguyen 🍷🎨

Artist. Entrepreneur. Wine educator. Gallery owner. Creative visionary. Karen has built a space where art, wine, music, and community all beautifully collide. Her award-winning art-inspired wines draw from stories of Vietnam, while her artwork has been featured from galleries to John Wayne Airport and even the World Trade Center. ✨

And yes 🌹 the wines are genuinely so good. From beautifully crafted pours to somehow creating wines designed to help avoid the “Asian glow” experience many people talk about… even the sangria felt completely reimagined. 🍷😭✨

Karen has traveled to 60+ countries, is bilingual in Vietnamese, and has visited every Disney park worldwide 🏰 with Anaheim and Paris being her favorites 🎠 which honestly makes perfect sense once you step inside Inspired’s whimsical creative atmosphere.

What Sofar OC especially appreciates is how much Karen uplifts all forms of art 🖼️ 🎶 🎨 creating welcoming space for visual artists, conversation, and live music alike. Spaces like this matter so much for independent creatives and musicians. 💖

TOMORROW we are adding an element of sustainability to our event in honor of mother 🌍.

Our friends .la will be setting up a spring clean swap for guests to bring up to 10 pieces.
