Zouk Vibes - Brazilian Zouk Zouk Vibes is a fun, welcoming space to dance, connect, and vibe with our amazing Zouk community. Zouk Vibes is focused on growing the OC Zouk dance community!

Zouk Vibes Hosted by Marissa Rivera and Rinaldo Melo

Marissa Rivera and Rinaldo Melo’s unique approach to teaching Zouk comes from a very diverse back ground of training. Marissa has been dancing for over 15 years with back grounds in Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Latin Dance and the list goes on. Born in Brazil, and starting social dance at the age of 18, Rinaldo’s passion for dance and attention

to detail is unparalleled. Marissa and Rinaldo have traveled all over to train from world renowned instructors in Brazilian Zouk. They hold the title of 2017 US Open Zouk Champions and have placed in the top three in multiple social dance competitions. Their teaching style is focused on three core concepts of connection, technique and practice. Theirs classes make any dancer progress into a proficient Brazilian Zouk social dancer.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Zouk Vibes 1 year anniversary! I am beyond grateful to have such a beautiful community behind me and Zouk Vibes. You all make this event what it is. To my DJs, who were making the event as epic as possible thank you all so much! To all the volunteers who helped in both big and small ways, Thank you! To the LA/OC/SD Zouk Communities, thank you for proving we are stronger together✨🌅
