There once was a group of single Californians
who complained that there were no fish in the sea to date...
They thought, "I bet if we got our friends together,
introductions could lead to a future mate!"
Plans were underway to host a Theme Party every month:
Best Dressed prizes, potluck buffets, and games that encouraged coed mixing

making connections... some that eventually led to kissing
The invitation list started to include couples,
and eventually the original Hosts tired of coordinating plans. They took a break (and experienced their own heartbreak)
to conclude that at the start of 2011 - Hotluck 2.0 will begin again! You are a socialite that likes to indulge in fun, food, and spirits. And we hope you and our other ridiculously, good-looking people... have fun :)
