✨ My largest solo exhibition to date✨
I wanted to share something special with all of you because so many of you have been part of my journey.
I’ve been painting since I was 12, but for most of my life, art was something I pursued on the side while building a demanding corporate career.
After years of balancing a demanding career with my passion for art, I felt it was time to take a leap of faith and give my creative side more room.
So in 2016, I left the corporate world and Inspired Art Wine, combining my love of art, wine, education, and bringing people together.
Then COVID changed everything.
When my business was closed for more than a year, I suddenly had something I hadn’t had in a long time: time to immerse myself in art, experiment, and truly hone my craft.
I painted constantly. What began as a difficult chapter became an unexpected creative gift.
Today, I’ve created more than 100 paintings, with the majority being large-scale works between 3 and 7 feet. Over time, I’ve discovered how much I love working on this scale. A large canvas gives me room to move, experiment, and express emotion in a way a small canvas simply can’t. I love how you can experience the details up close, yet step back and see an entirely different feeling from across the room. The scale gives me a sense of movement, depth, and freedom—and makes the experience of the painting feel more immersive.
Since taking that leap, I’ve had the honor of participating in 20 art shows and exhibitions, with my work displayed in city halls, airports, and public spaces across California and New York.
And now, I’m incredibly excited to share that my upcoming exhibition with the City of Santa Clarita will be my largest solo exhibition to date, with nearly 50 feet of artwork on display.
There’s something especially meaningful about exhibiting in Santa Clarita—a community home to CalArts, founded by Walt and Roy Disney, with such a strong connection to creativity, innovation, and the arts.
The exhibition brings together older and newer works, including paintings created during COVID alongside my most recent pieces. Seeing them together feels like looking back at my evolution, both as an artist and as a person.
