ACTC is an ensemble driven company founded by and composed of Vanguard University faculty, alumni, and other professional artists from Southern California. Founded in 2007, ACTC is committed to producing professional theatre with artistic excellence and high production value; producing works that may inspir

e hope or self-reflection through the eyes of characters that struggle with their own humanity. ACTC believes in stories that offer the possibility of enlightenment which can be life changing. ACTC also provides internships for current students and recent graduates of Vanguard University to experience working in a professional environment along with artists outside of educational theater. As a proud member of the Orange County Theatre Guild, ACTC’s goal is to produce works from the both the American and International dramatic canon while also nurturing the development of new American playwrights. ACTC is deeply rooted in the artistic traditions of theatre, and believes in the examination of the human condition as well as the potential for personal and social redemption revealed through thought-provoking story telling.
