It's time to bring a little Christmas spirit to summer! We are excited to invite you to participate in the Christmas in July: Run for the Rink Virtual 5K, a fun community event benefiting the Coshocton Ice Rink.

From June 1 through July 31, you can complete your 5K (3.10 miles) anytime, anywhere, and at your own pace. Whether you choose to run, walk, jog, skip, or hop your way to the finish line, every participant helps support the future of our local ice rink!

🎁 Why Participate?
Not only will you enjoy a fun summer challenge, but you'll also be helping raise funds that will support the Coshocton Ice Rink through:
• Staffing support that could help the rink offer expanded hours during the upcoming winter season.
• Routine maintenance and facility improvements needed to keep the rink operating for our community.
Every registration brings us one step closer to keeping this beloved community resource thriving.

📏 Distance: 5K (3.10 miles)
💲 Registration Fee: $25
🌐 Virtual Format: Complete your 5K wherever you choose!
There is no designated course. Participate from your neighborhood, local park, favorite trail, treadmill, or anywhere that works for you. The goal is simple: get moving and support a great cause!

👕 Custom Race Shirt
Register by July 15 to receive an exclusive Christmas in July: Run for the Rink race shirt. Be sure to check out the attached shirt design!
Shirts will be available for pickup in Coshocton during August. Pickup details will be emailed to all participants once finalized.

⏱ Submit Your Results
Once you've completed your 5K, simply submit your time through RunSignup.com. Participants have until July 31 to enter their results. A short instructional video is available on the RunSignUp link.

This weekend, our United Way team is volunteering their time at the skate rink to support our community and help keep the fun rolling! From lending a hand to spreading smiles, we’re proud to serve alongside our neighbors—on and off the rink.

If you see our volunteers out there, say hello and cheer them on! Thank you to everyone who gives their time to make Coshocton County a stronger place to live.

We’ve heard the comments regarding the ice rink closing, and thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers who stepped up, the rink will remain open through the month of January.

These hours and dates are as follows: January 17, January 24, and January 31.

This extension is 100% made possible by volunteers donating their time. We are incredibly grateful to those individuals who made the commitment to keep the rink open for our community.
