Southern Indiana Fiber & Arts Festival Annual event celebrating fiber arts, fiber animals, and the amazing things made from the fibers.

Our first event took place October of 2005 and we have been celebrating fiber arts in October since! We strive to share with, and educate people of all ages, about all types of fiber arts. Our event is designed to allow eveyone hands-on opportunities with all aspects from fiber animals through finished products. We have an array of demonstrators and vendors passionate about what they enjoy and eager to discuss their products and art.

It's normal to be bad at something when you first start to do it. Or for this angora bunny in a trench coat, it takes me a long time to get "good" at something. And we are totally here for that.

If anyone makes you feel like you are an imposter, that's their problem.

We are so tired of this grandpa. We have been experiencing lots of plum wild weather this spring and summer. Severe storms and flooding seem to be a weekly occurrence.

I know we are a fiber festival and I am just an angora bunny in a trench coat, but the humans behind the festival want to give big love to the meteorologists that are keeping us safe.

Note: it is free for food vendors AND you must have the appropriate Indiana food licenses BEFORE the event. Some food folks have asked if we pay a flat fee for your attendance and unfortunately we cannot.
