Open since April 2005, the Darkside Cinema is the only independently owned and operated movie theater in Corvallis. When it's not Covid times, WE ARE OPEN EVERY NIGHT, playing independent, foreign, and art films you won't find at the local megaplex. Ask us about renting the theater for birthday parties or private shows, and about inexpensive on-screen advertising for your local business or non-profit organization.

UPDATE:
If you're wanting to see this film opening week, we highly encourage purchasing tix online at darksidecinema.com because shows are selling out fast. Like, really fast.
But fret not! If you can't see it this week, we'll definitely be hanging onto it for a while!

A 3 hour documentary is apparently the thing!
Y'all have already (almost) sold out a few shows of YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING during the week of 10/23! We love to see it!
However, even though you may have your tix in advance, you should show up at least 10 minutes before the listed showtime. We only have about 10 minutes of previews before the film starts, so don't show up 20 minutes after or you'll be fumbling around in the dark and you're liable to sit in a strangers lap!

The TOS date (tix on sale) was supposed to be Monday, Oct. 19th for YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING. But a certain multiplex jumped the gun and opened their tix BEFORE that TOS date. Tisk tisk. Anyway, tix are now available for YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING at the Darkside!!! The highest rated film on letterboxd with a staggering 4.8 out of 5!!!

Don't let the 3 hour runtime deter you. It didn't deter us from bringing it in for you to see!

Folks!
We have something really cool in the works for you.
Starting tomorrow, we'll be kicking off Darkside Discount Deals!
How this works is you can take your ticket stub to a local business and receive a discount!
So far, we have partnered with two local businesses, Brass Monkey, and PreAtomic Records!

Present your ticket stub at Brass Monkey and receive $1 off any item!

Pretty cool!
We will be working to add more businesses to this program if they are willing, so stay tuned for an updated list.
We will also have a dedicated page on our website that will list the businesses and their respective deals.

Why are we doing this? Well, our ticket printer automatically prints tickets even if we don't want it to, so we figured why waste the paper! Put it to good use, and help drive some business to our business friends in town!

Folks! A bit of a heads up for you.
As you know, we offer a food menu of pizza and other things. Our oven that we use to cook these items has been on its last legs for a while, so we recently replaced it with a backup unit.
This "new to us" unit doesn't cook as fast, and we are still fine tuning the settings.
We will be running with a limited menu until we get it up to speed, and because of the extended cook time, we will be implementing the buzzer system more frequently.
