Join the Furry Club at OSU to celebrate the end of the academic term and all the memories we’ve made together this year! We’re planning to have a potluck picnic with time for photos, field games, and more!

Greetings BeavFurs!

It is my honor to write to all of you the post-convention announcement! What a convention we had last Saturday! We had a total of 169 attendees with a grand total of $903 raised for the club!

None of this could have been possible with you, our members. The officer team is ever grateful for you coming out to support the club! We specifically want to thank all the volunteers and vendors for coming out and taking time out of their busy schedules! BeavCon could have never happened without the volunteers supporting every attendee and the vendors for being willing to come out to Oregon State University (OSU).

BeavCon was a night filled with furry energy, dancing our tails (and wings!) off, and new beginnings! BeavCon’s success showed us how strong of a community we are and we cannot wait to start planning the next BeavCon. As such, we hope that you’ll come visit OSU again and take time to enjoy the offerings within our convention.

Until then, thank you all for such a successful night! We’ll see you again real soon for one final event of the term!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have a change to our dinner menu for BeavCon (Bylur ate all the chicken.)
Catering will be provided by Old Spaghetti Factory with the following menu:

- red sauce (vegan)

- white sauce (no meat)

Counselor Bylur, along with the other counselors, are super excited to announce our night of outdoorsy furry fun coming up in only TWO WEEKS! We hope that you’ll join us for OSU’s first student-run mini-convention: BEAVCON!!!

đź“… Event Date: May 10, 2025
🕕 Event Time: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
đź“Ť Location: Memorial Union Ballroom (2501 SW Jefferson Way, Room 23)
$5 tickets are on sale NOW!

🏕️ What to expect:
- An artist alley featuring local vendors (purchase beautiful art, unique goods, and at-con commissions!)
- A dance floor for shaking your tail (or wings!)
- A costume contest; be the best to impress!
- A VR lounge
- Delicious food provided by UHDS catering
- An art station to show off your creative side
- Lots of fandom fun!

We’ve been working hard on getting BeavCon all complete and ready to open up the gates to OSU’s “national” park. We hope that you’ll set up camp, tell some spooky stories, and tag along with a few friends on the night of May 10th!

Greetings, BeavFurs!

Thank you all for joining us yesterday in the Student Experience Center Plaza for our tabling event! We were to happy to see a large turnout with so many pictures taken! Bylur, Shiloh, and Pink were so excited to meet you all yesterday and can’t wait to see you all again THIS FRIDAY!

That’s right! We have a club event this Friday from 5-8 PM at the Pride Center. Furries: Debunked will aim to destigmatize this fandom, educate furs and non-furs alike about what a “furry” is and to foster a safe place to ask questions. We hope to see you attend this Friday and maybe we’ll have some time for fursuit games with how the weather is appearing!
