Music meets meditation with our Well-Being Concerts series, a new PRAx series in partnership with the Carnegie Hall Weill Music Institute.

The series originated to creatively explore the impact of live music on individual and collective well-being. Unlike traditional concerts in Detrick Hall, a smaller cohort of patrons will be welcomed onto our stage alongside featured musicians. Patrons will be welcomed to sit, lie down or meditate throughout the shortened performances.

Each concert creates an immersive, nurturing space in which audiences and performers share in the soul-nourishing benefits of music, create shared experiences and explore tools for well-being that last long after the performance.

PRAx is proud to offer three installments as part of the series:
β–ͺ️ September 30: Maeve Gilchrist and Seamus Egan β€” beav.es/fPo
β–ͺ️ February 4: Roopa Panesar β€” beav.es/fP5
β–ͺ️ April 29: Ablaye Cissoko and Cyrille Brotto β€” beav.es/fPG

Join us for these transformational experiences of music and mindfulness.
