Hey friends, don't forget next Monday's face-to-face Guild elections + potluck + art materials swap meeting 6:30pm in Philomath Park!

For the first time, the Corvallis Art Guild and the Willamette Ceramics Guild will meet together. Come to Philomath Park this coming Monday, June 8 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm – or whenever we run out of snacks and fun.

YOU are cordially invited to attend the annual CAG holiday cookie social this coming Monday, December 1. At 7:00 pm we will gather in the meeting room at the North East corner of the Consumers Power building at 6990 West Hills Road.

We invite you to bring:
1. cookies to share
2. art for our show and tell. It can be something in progress, something recent you’d like to show off, or maybe the beginning of a new series. Whatever you’d like to share or get feedback on is welcome.
3. We will also have a gift table of unwrapped gifts .. you may contribute if you wish! We’ll draw raffle tickets and the winners will get their choice of items on the table.

During our gathering we will discuss our upcoming 80th anniversary show at the Moreland Gallery in the Philomath Benton County Historical Museum.

Please note, we recognize driving after dark is difficult for some of our members. If you need a ride contact me and I’ll do my best to put you in touch with someone who can help.

Hello from the Corvallis Art Guild!

Our 61st annual Clothesline Sale of Art is right around the corner, and we want you to meet one of our exhibiting artists.

Therese Misner was one of our top sellers last year. Her eye for composition and design makes her work quite popular.

See her latest works Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 10am to 5pm in Corvallis Central Park.
This event is FREE to attend!

There will be dozens of local fine artists and artisans including members of Linn & Benton county art and craft guilds as well as students from area high schools and colleges.

While you're there, enjoy some delicious baklava from Damascus Treats, or Mexican delights from Tacos el Machin!

Enjoy TONIGHT’S RECEPTION - details below!

These artists’ work are hanging NOW in the Giustina Gallery at LaSells Stewart Center at Oregon State University in the Corvallis Art Guild’s WONDER show. Come see their wonder-filled art from the Guild’s diverse Exhibiting Member artists working in a wide variety of media.

ALSO, poetry from Guild members and Poetics Corvallis poets Kevin Ahern, Jesse Ford, Kelly Mullins and Orion Olson accompany some of the art.

A reception in the gallery TONIGHT - Monday, April 1 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm will welcome all Guild and community artists, friends and collectors, and will feature light snacks and a no-host bar.
